Twin Hotel was built in 2007 with covering area more and less 3000 sqm and was soft-opened on May, 2010. The 76 rooms and suites are provided with private balcony in every room, and offer upgraded amenities complete with in-room coffee and tea making facilities, swimming pool, gym, bakery shop, and restaurant.

Newly built, Morden,clean, tiled
no internet in the rooms. Location not easy to find too, new hotel not very well know by most taxi drivers. air-con only in bedroom, lounge area becomes unusable. Nice kitchenette, a microwave would be a brilliant idea. I would day the best amongst the four other hotels I utilized in Surabaya Staff Members outstanding service and helpful, they really do go the extra mile for guests. Cons - breakfast not good, there is a bakery in foyer with good stuff. No Wifi in rooms
Travel tip : Very hot, take 100% SPF, humidity does not make walks bearable.

Great new room
The hotel was very new.The family suite had 2 room a double bed and a single bed.Brand new linen and very clean room. The location was ok kind of close to a new hotel.Very close to a cemetery and a Muslim Mosque prayers at odd times bellowing through the streets and can be heard at the hotel room. The wii fi in room was very choppy mostly never worked.Only certain floors had it bit lobby and restaurant worked fine.Nice pool. Restaurant had limited food but breakfast was great. Cons - Wii fi

Good lay out of the room I stayed
I enjoyed stay here, since the hotel located in strategic area in down town Surabaya. Close to shopping area. Service to be improved. The room boy entered to clean the room without pre-information. Breakfast is simple but the taste is OK. I enjoyed swimming in the clean and good water quality in the pool. This should be maintained. Cons - Air con was wrongly placed, just above the bed.

was stayed 3nights, everything was ok. Spacious room, with small living room and rotated tv backdrop. Just perfect for your stay. But need to improve the breakfast menus and to clean up the room more tidy.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : quitely near from shopping center.

it is clean hotel, nice view, and very friendly, pro staff. twin hotel is a clean and new hotel. room is nice and with a wonderful city view, we were staying at 18th floor. just the air-con is not cool enough for the room. the staff of hotel very polite and helpful. breakfast buffet is delicious and the restaurant environment is clean and enjoyable.
